At Pryvoria S.A. (hereinafter, Pryvoria, we) we care about the privacy of the people who visit pryvoria.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purposes we process it and what rights you can exercise under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you choose to give us when you fill in the updates form (name and email address) and technical data recorded automatically while you browse the site, such as IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited, and date and time of access.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you updates about Pryvoria, measure site usage, improve content and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions producing legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, granted when you complete the form and accept this policy, and on Pryvoria's legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active or a relationship with us is in place. Once the purpose ends, the data is blocked for legal retention periods and then securely deleted.
